Bookings & Appointments
- Appointments can be requested by phone, email, or via our Contact page.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- You must ensure safe and suitable access to the property, meters, and appliances at the agreed time.
Customer Responsibilities
To help us complete the service efficiently, you agree to:
- Provide accurate property and appliance information when booking (where known).
- Ensure the property is safe for us to enter and work in.
- Ensure appliances are accessible (not blocked, locked away, or dismantled).
- Provide a responsible person on-site if required to grant access and answer questions.
Pricing

- Any quoted price is based on the information provided and normal access/conditions.
- If additional work or time is required (for example, extra appliances, unsafe conditions, or restricted access), we will explain this before continuing.
- We will not proceed with any additional chargeable work without your agreement.
Payments
- Payment is due on completion of the visit unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- If an invoice is issued, it must be paid within the stated payment terms.
- Late payments may be followed up on and may result in suspension of non-urgent services until settled.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer the next available appointment.
Gas Safety, EPCs & Reports
- Certificates and reports (where applicable) are provided after the service is completed.
- Gas safety outcomes are based on conditions present at the time of inspection.
- If an appliance is identified as unsafe, we may classify it accordingly and advise next steps in line with safety guidance.
- Any recommendations provided are guidance only and do not guarantee future performance or outcomes.
Repairs & Additional Work
Unless specifically agreed, our services are for inspection/certification/servicing only and do not automatically include repairs or parts.
If repairs are required, we will discuss options and costs with you before any repair work is carried out.
Limitations of Liability
We will provide services with reasonable care and skill. However:
- We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, hidden defects, or issues not reasonably visible/identifiable at the time of inspection.
- We are not responsible for delays or inability to complete work caused by unsafe conditions, inaccurate information provided, or third-party issues.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of rent, loss of profit, or business interruption) except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, accidents, road closures, supply issues, illness, or emergencies.
